Conference and Performance Evaluation of the Regional Association of Treasurers and Assessors on December 1, 2021 in Catarman, Northern Samar.

The Province of Northern Samar was recognized by the Bureau of Local Government Finance Regional Office (BLGF) 8 as top 1 among provinces in Region 8 for Year-on-Year Growth in Locally Sourced Revenue for Fiscal year 2018-2019, with 119% year-on-year growth.

The recognition was made on the first day of the Joint Year-End Assessment Conference and Performance Evaluation of the Regional Association of Treasurers and Assessors on December 1, 2021 in Catarman, Northern Samar.  Provincial Treasurer Allan Valenciano received the certificate of commendation to the Provincial Government from BLGF Region 8 Director Gerardo A. Avorque.

In addition, the province ranked 1 in the Submission of ESRE Report for Q1-Q3 , 2021 and Provincial SRE Report for Cites/Municipalities with an average score of 79.17.  PGNS was also recognized as top 1 Performing Local Government Agency in the Submission of ESRE-QRRPA Report for Q1-Q3, 2021 (Assessor's Group) with 100% average score. Provincial Assessor Katrina W. dela Cruz received the award for PGNS.  Meanwhile, Municipal Treasurer of Pambujan, Lucita P. Ejercito received the award for LGU Pambujan as rank 1 in the Submission of ESRE Report for Q1-Q3 , 2021, Provincial SRE Report for Cities/Municipalities.
